Elektro Scooter

When it comes time for shooting around the city, point A to point Z and everything in between, no one will argue that it’s tough to beat a MINI for versatility, go-kart like handling and straight-up thrill when getting around town. Now, fans have good reason to believe that all those smart looks and the ability to slide itself into the smallest of city spaces have an eye to get even more MINI. For the fashionable looking to find the future of urban mobility – say hello to the MINI Scooter E Concept.

Individuelle Moblität im urbanen Kontext wird wohl immer ein Bedürfnis sein. Das Scooter E Concept von Mini ist da wohl richtungsweisend. Chic und stylisch und sprühend vor Lebensfreude - ökologisch muss  nicht hässlich sein. Um mit so einem Ding durch die Gegend zu brausen würde ich wohl noch die Fahrprüfung nachholen (… hab ich mir bis jetzt verkniffen).

Meine Umgebung ist noch nicht so städtisch ausgeprägt. Das Velo ist für mich das ideale individuelle Verkehrsmittel für kurze Distanzen – das bringt gleich ein paar Fitnesspunkte für mich als Bürohocker.

In die Pedale treten und sammeln

Bin eben auf folgendes interessante Projekt gestossen:

The Copenhagen Wheel allows you to capture the energy dissipated while cycling and braking and save it for when you need a bit of a boost. It also maps pollution levels, traffic congestion, and road conditions in real-time.

Spannend finde ich, dass mit diesem Projekt viele Themen gleichzeitig adressiert werden:

• Das Fahrrad wird als ideales Verkehrsmittel im urbanen Kontext gefördert.
• Das Fahrrad wird mit seinem unterstützenden intelligenten Elektromotor aufgewertet und gewinnt an Komfort.
• Das Fahrrad sammelt entlang der Wegstrecke wertvolle Informationen und hilft so Problemsituationen zu erkennen und Routen zu optimieren  - und dies innerhalb der Community (nicht auf den Einzelnen beschränkt)
• vorhandene mobile Geräte (Smartphone) werden in das Konzept integriert und dienen als Kommunikationswerkzeug und Steuerpult.
• Die Integration von Social Networking Services bringt virtuelle Vernetzung und reale Begegnung zusammen – wer befindet sich gerade in der Nähe.

So müssen Projekte gestrickt sein die uns weiterbringen.
